A. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!!!

C.  As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%-95% same as original picture shown. If you want 100% exactly same, please forgive. No two exactly same leaves in the world. We can not guarantee, so please do not place the order if you still insist 100% similarity. Thanks for your understanding.

D. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are not seller's responsibility. Usually we write a low price to avoid the customs for you, but some countries are very strict with this. So please check with your country's customs office to confirm what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

3.Customs Duty /Import Tax?

We will not pay for any custom duty or import tax. In most time, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a sample and write a low value to help avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. Please check out the customs policy at your own place, such as Greece,Italy, Brazil, Egypt,Chile, etc.

Quality Issue

If there is obvious quality issue like bad fabric, poor workmanship, we will offer you refund for your order within two days after we get your parcel.   

Sizing or Issues

We would be glad to help you with the alteration free anytime if there is any size problem, but if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored ,the finished gown may vary by approximately 1-2.5 centimeter.To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly ,our tailors have created all our dresses with addition fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily .if you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions ,you can contact us directly

Most of our dresses are customized, it is a must for you to offer us a correct size, we will make the dress totally conform to your personal measurement, usually speaking, there would be no size issue. If there is any size issue, pls see the policy below.

Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
*Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
